BASEMENT 16 is a 500 m² contemporary gallery space centrally located in Bensberg, a district of Bergisch Gladbach near the major cities of Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Bonn.
A highlight of the area is Bensberg Castle, now a luxury hotel with a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Surrounded by numerous hotels, restaurants, cafés, and bars, BASEMENT 16 offers the perfect setting for art lovers who wish to combine their visit with an inspiring city stroll or a relaxing weekend stay.

Exhibition Terms & Conditions
The exhibitor is the sole creator and copyright holder of all submitted works.
The works must not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, or personal rights.
All identifiable individuals featured in submitted works must have granted permission for publication.
Exhibitors agree to indemnify BASEART and ArtworX Academy from any claims or liabilities arising from the violation of these conditions.
The copyright remains with the artist at all times.
All images used by BASEART will be credited to the artist. If an omission occurs, it will be corrected immediately upon notice.
Exhibitors grant BASEART and ArtworX Academy permission to use submitted images for promotion and marketing purposes, including websites, social media, and printed materials.
No financial compensation will be provided for such promotional use.
Artists are responsible for the timely delivery and collection of their artworks.
For return shipping handled by BASEART, a €50 handling fee applies.
Artists must provide secure packaging for transport.
BASEART and ArtworX Academy assume no responsibility for transport, customs, or import fees.
Late deliveries cannot be accepted; uncollected works will incur a €5/day storage fee.
Shipping will be handled exclusively via DHL or UPS.
Artworks are not insured against damage or theft during the exhibition.
In the event of a sale, BASEART retains a 30% commission on the selling price.
