What happens next

Confirmation + contract — within 24 hours You will receive a confirmation email, a binding contract, and your first invoice (€150). Please sign and return the contract within 2 weeks of receipt. ⚠ Contract must be signed within 2 weeks

Balance invoice — ~6 weeks before the fair The remaining balance (wall rental + fees) will be invoiced and must be paid within 14 days.

Installation details — closer to opening Setup times, installation schedule, and all practical information for the fair.

25 September 2026 — doors open Your work is on the wall. Visitors arrive. The BASEART Award is decided by the public.
Payment received Your €150 Teilnehmerbetreuungsgebühr (participant support fee) has been received and your wall is now confirmed. Please note this fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or withdrawal by the participant, as per our Terms & Conditions.
