Confirmation + contract — within 24 hours
You will receive a confirmation email, a binding contract, and your first invoice (€150). Please sign and return the contract within 2 weeks of receipt.

Balance invoice — ~6 weeks before the fair
The remaining balance (wall rental + fees) will be invoiced and must be paid within 14 days.

Installation details — closer to opening
Setup times, installation schedule, and all practical information for the fair.

Your work is on the wall. Visitors arrive. The BASEART Award is decided by the public.
Payment received
Your €150 Teilnehmerbetreuungsgebühr (participant support fee) has been received and your wall is now confirmed. Please note this fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or withdrawal by the participant, as per our Terms & Conditions.
